Today I tested JA Events II on Joomla 3.5.1. When I enter the "template manager -> JA Events II – default", I saw following UI strings shown directly as language Keys:

    T3_TPL_DESC_1
    T3_TPL_DESC_2
    T3_TPL_DESC_3

    T3_TPL_DESC_4

    T3_TPL_DESC_5T3_TPL_DESC_6T3_TPL_DESC_7T3_TPLDESC

My Joomla had been set to use Chinese as the default language for both Admin and Site side.

But, I think even if I have no Chinese language files for T3 Framework or JA Events II template, they should load English language file at first, instead of showing directly the language Keys.

My further test shows that JA Events II template tries to load those language definations from T3 Framework language files, not from its own language files: I copied the English language file of JA Events II to

    /language/zh-CN/zh-CN.tpl_ja_events_ii.ini

But these UI strings at template manager page were still shown as language keys.

    Maybe a bug?

    Hope you will fix this.

    Thank you.

I was using JA Events II version v1.0.2.

Did you set your Joomla backend and frontend default language as "Chinese"?
