Hi,

Something happen with front end CSS!??? Here is an link: http://www.riscohs.com

Website is currently off because do not looks good. This happen out of the blue.

I am sending you admin access of the website and I am not sure why this happen!

Also I tried to upload latest Ja builder template version but this did not solve the issue!

for some reason this template do not load any more following file: bootstrap.min.js maybe this is causing the issue:
http://www.riscohs.com/media/jub/assets/lib/bootstrap/js/bootstrap.min.js

Hi,

Do you have any 3rd party extension installed on your site? pls try to disable them first and see how it goes.

I am not sure if that is the problem since everything worked well and I just saw this crash when I visited website yesterday.

Maybe following information can help you:

1. I see that bootstrtap.min.js do not load for some reason, screen shot of it: https://www.screencast.com/t/RbtmEcvazlq8

2. I have following component that worked well and it is working well on many other website where I have Ja builder template this is a component https://smartslider3.com, however I’ll try to disable it but I think it will not work.

I tried to disable all plguins (just left Ja builder) and this did not worked out?

top header styling of Ja Builder is broken!!!

Can you please help with both website, this is an issue with Ja Builder and I have build both website with starting Ja Builder versions and now updated to the latest version but did not solve this issue.

Hi,

Kindly check whether this ‘bootstrap’ folder exists on your server or not: ROOT/media/jub/assets/lib/bootstrap

If not, try to download attached zip file > unzip and copy to that directory.

Clear your browser’s cache and try to check again.

And inform me the result.
