Hi there!
I have been trying to customize the logo on my JA RAVE template for the past two days but for the life of me cannot figure out why it is not happening. I have Joomla and said template installed on localhost using Xampp server.
Here are the steps I followed:
Installed JA Rave Quickstart Package.
Edited template.css
h1.logo a {
background: url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat left !important;
display: block;
width: 300;
height: 105px;
margin-left: 0px;And then saved the file.
Also edited en-GB.tpl_ja_rave;
HOME PAGE TITLE=Hijabist | The one-stop online resource for modest fashionAnd then saved the file.
Oddly enough, none of the changes are being reflected in the preview even though my browser cache and JAT3 cache are disabled. The JA Rave logo and the page title still remain the same. They do not disappear/get affected even after changes are made to the above files.
What am I doing wrong?
I’m a complete novice to Joomla. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

If I understand your question correctly, under Template Manager -> Profile Settings -> Theme Settings, the green tick mark is on Color_orange. Should I change it to default for my new logo to show up?

You can either change it to default but if you are looking forward to have orange theme in effect, You can also replace logo image in this directory::
core/themes/color_orange/images/logo.png
