Always when I assign a module to a position it is not displayed. For the first one I had to make an manual input in custom.css. In my opinion a template has to work without typing directly in .css files.

Either I do not understand the kind of customization of the template or it has bugs. Why do positions been hidden in the fronted, but in the backends preview i can see them. Secondly i the in the backend`s preview not each position which are possible to assign. May be I do not understand how to work with this backend but I read the documentation. Do I make or understand sth. really wrong?

    Hi
Could u provide the problem description with a screenshot which module is not showing on your site so that i can see the issue you are facing on your site and help you .
Normally You need to publish the module on the given positions only there is no need to write code in custom.css to display them .

yes, this is what I expected and used to do, but it isn`t. Due to the fact, that there is no time for me to find out, why it does not work proper, I asked for a refund.
Thank you for your good and quick support – but I will use another template.
    Best regards
    Frank
