Do you mean the header logo? Or the category/module titles?

That’s a sample module, with an image pasted into it. Virtue Mart comes with modules which lets you post things on the main page, just use one of them instead.

If you go to your admin control panel,

Extensions -> Module Manager -> Banner 2

You’d find the image there in the bottom of the page in a box that looks like an article editor. You can, if you find it easier, delete that, and replace it with your own content. 🙂
