Hail to you everybody…

Please teach me how to change the code in order that in submit form not to let the field to be completed. Basically I want that when a user submit some content to have available only Intro Text , Picture for intro text and maybe, just maybe, the second picture.

Did anybody knows if there is a possibility to upload 3 pictures?
