Hi could u provide a screenshot which border u are referring ? Template use full width in mobile layout . If you want change size of any element u can use in inspect element or firebug and override the style via custom.css file using Media queries

There is only body padding left and right side , it may effect the layout if u remove the padding.
You can use inspect element/firebug and change the padding value of body using media queries for different screen size . Here i can see it : http://prntscr.com/a6uuuh

Hi
its coming from the 3rd party extension you are using
here is path :
components/com_osproperty/js/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.css
You can see the path when css compression is disabled from template option .
