1. Also a question about the mail. if i put the mail-adress in it, it will not work, it gives that i must activate javascript because of spambots. How can i change that, that people not see the text of that. I want to work with icons and put a mail-link in it.

You may try to disable “Content – Email Cloaking” plug-in. It will hide email from spambots and take care of the issue.
