special characters in article titles do not display correctly in safari and chrome.
They display correctly in Firefox.

if the special characters are entered in the content box , they display correctly. Only the article title seems to be affected.

Hi,

In this case, you need to check the Collation from database of your site and make sure it’s setting with utf8_general_ci
