March 24, 2008 at 9:41 am #126880After i have posted questions about modify Corona to fit my needs i personally need to thank Menalto for given me attention and to complete my request for this modification. Not only that, he also modified Barite for me and even teached me how to do it. This guy rocks and i cant say how much i appreciate his help and even use many hours of his spare time to teach me the basics.
Not only that, HE EVEN FIXED ALBERGHI (lighbox problem) FOR ME TO WORK WITH CORONA. Just look at screenshoot bellow:
What more can i say?
If it wasnt for Menalto, Joomlart wouldnt have me as a satisfied customer. So, by my opinion Joomlart should employ people like he is, people who has his knowledge and expirience, who has time and patience to listen and do everything that you need. Before other people comes with a job offer to him and he is gone.
Once again, THANKS MENALTO, for helping me.

It would be better if someone can hire him. He can not eat “thumbs”?!
Regarding to that I am thinking and looking for a way to send him small donation or a gift, for all he has done for me in name of JA.

Then it seems that JA is overpaying you (I am not thinking only about you Miccas, but whole support) or they are hiring wrong people. Nobody care about members request, bug solving….just few small corrections here and there, nothing important.
I am not glorifying Menalto, but speaking generaly, few birds doesn’t not make a flock 😉

Menalto and myself aren’t supposed to do bug solving, desiging templates, etc.. any we do are off our own back.
Hung and the staff at HQ are working hard behind the scenes to fix all these issues including those that you’ve seen recently released.
If I understand you correctly, you’re saying I am personally overpaid – if that’s what you believe I apologise, I have been involved in other parts of support and not just on the forums.
That said, if you have any suggestions feel free to post them in the request section or email them to me 🙂

I do not think that you are personally overpaid, but I am speaking about paying for support to customers. I am not interesting as a customer to other projects, you and others have. I don’t want to know problems which are you delaing with. Simply, I do not care.
Let me clear it this way: When you go to bakery to buy bread, are you asking baker or salesman, what problems they have or just ask and pay for bread?! Do you want to know what problems he/she has to get all ingridients for that bread, how manny workers he/she has…? I think not, you just buy a bread and leave. Tomorrow, you will come again, and buy it. If there are no breads, or they not satisfy you, what are you going to do? To wait for them to make it and die because of hunger, or are you going to leave and look for another bakery?
Main thing here is that JA (not you, and once again, not you) is not listening customers needs.
In my time here at Joomlart and my reason to post that why not offer Menalto a job is that he is one of the most down to earth persons i have meet, and to have a person with his knowledge on board would definitly give JA what they need, and customers will be more satisfied.
You have to give if you are expecting to take something. And sometimes, in most cases, as a supplier, you must do more then basics, and people will always return to you, they will always looking for someone who is willing to help them to solve their problems. And that is long term and the greatest relationship which can develop between supplier – customer. Because, after some time, they will start to work for you. Now, probably, you are asking me how is that? The answer is very simple:
you can put lots of advertising stuff everywhere, banners, slogans, make flyers….and one spoken word will do more than anything. If I recommend JA to some of my friends or clients, they will not judge my opinion, but pay for membership. What I should tell them now?

Don’t worry, some people actually do send him money. I did. He was working on some mods for me and though they did not do what I wanted them to do, I still sent him some money. Not as much as I would have, but a decent sum to me. Last I heard he was going to do something, and that was weeks ago. He never responded to any subsequent PMs, or emails. So it was just wasted money. I am not surprised though really from what I have seen here on Joomlart. So to the guy who is happy with his mods…. Dont ya worry about sending money… I covered ya 🙂
