Hi
Open the custom html module
Find this code

<div id="client-slider" class="carousel slide" data-ride="carousel">

Replace it with

<div id="client-slider" class="carousel slide" data-ride="carousel" data-interval="5000">

replace the value of 5000 as per needs.
