but thats not a split menu! a asplit menu only apperas when i click 1level item then system loads the page and then the second menu level is shown.
i have tried it with with https://docs.joomla.org/Split_menus
but it seems it doesnt work in the t3framework.

I showed a method at the url above – You cannot have it as default feature but you need to modify bootstrap code as custom work over css files managing mainmenu.
