I’m currently using the dropline menu, but I’d like to use the split menu. However, when I enable split menu it doesn’t work. When you click on a menu item it doesn’t display the sub-menu entries. It works correctly with the dropline menu.

Are there special instructions for configuring the split menu?

Yes, it works on the Joomlart demo site, but when I enable Split Menu on my site it doesn’t work.

It is so hard to solve your issue when i don’t have your information.

Could you give me your admin account via PM or ticket, i will change your menu to split menu for checking

Hi jhendric1000

I have checked your website and saw that the parent menus (Brands, Highest Rated) are the separator type. You have to change the parent items to link a link which can refresh your page
