I search how to add a blue or wellow spotlight box but i don’t found where to find this module can you help me please

At module panel you should find the Spotlight module. Then you should open it. In the administrator panel of opened module you can easly find a window (in the forms) with definition of colour. So, you can change leters for eg. FFFFFF to FFAABB. That is all !
