I will really appreciate any help. I have installed ( easy way of course quick install) My images however, were having background added and certain width to it. How can I remove it. I tried to play with css but I guess I am too dumb to work that out. Please look at attached pic and you will see what I mean. I never could have result same as in demo…….for some reason it was adding bg to my images.

Good for you di38. That just goes to show that your guess was wrong. You are not too dumb to work that out. Good work!

Always watch how you talk about yourself. The joomla journey puts you into an echelon that most people wouldn’t dream of. Being self-critical like that negates the pat on the back that you should get for knowing where to look to find your answers and continuing to look for it while you awaited a response. That kind of self-reliance is something that very few have and you deserve to be held up as a great example of resourcefulness and perserverance.

lol Thank you sunrise. I am only trying 🙂 learn from pros like you. Templates are so beautiful so clear in language that is easy to follow. sometimes I need short cuts though …but I love these templates. ONe can learn a lot extra css or php.. and it is good to get problem cuz only this way one can learn. If simply install work way we want 100% we would be in trouble….as no clue what happen if something go wrong 🙂

Thank you Nick.. but it does feel a lot of times Like I was dumb..a lot specially with pro forums like this.

I hadn’t noticed that and want to thank you. I’m quietly rolling out a new website after a few months of working on one off and on, through frustrations and false starts. I’m sure I’ll tell the story of my joomla! journey and I’m really curious as to how it has affected others.
