It’s because the input box takes HTML. Soon as you put tags around the content it works.

Better documentation would be good?

why is it everyone that doesn’t get an ‘instant’ answer or indeed a correct solution here within a few days, always says “bad or no support or do we need to pay more” etc ?

Have you considered there are many many ppl using these forums daily, do you consider there is life outside of Ja templates club? do you consider time differences of around 17 hrs in my part of the world to USA and Europe?

Some of the requests are not that hard for the op to spend 5 mins on and figure out for themselves.

Yes sometimes the accompanying documentation is shitty, but I don’t write it or have been asked to write the docs or it would be very much improved, however now the problem has been solved maybe you will take the time to rewrite the docs to include this new information??????

I agree with you. Maybe people could be a little more patient.

The documentation isn’t brilliant, but the JA templates have saved me HOURS of work so I’m not going to complain about the cost and lack of brilliant support.

For instant/better support, just hire a web development company for US$20,000 to do the work, and you’ll probably get a faster response. Although not on a Sunday.

For a really good set of 32 templates, with great help from generous people on the forum, pay a JA annual subscription of US$70.

I hear you man, these template are brilliant and I’m not bitching about them at all. I write CMS systems from scratch so I know what goes into the backend let alone the template.

should we find the solution above in guide document, then our questions never posted here as we were not have any patients….

Yes the documentation and guides do need to be clearer, I’m sure it will improve in the near future, but you have the solution here now
