Hi,

On mobile layout, all the spotlight positions (home-10, home-11…) are not being displayed when browsing the site with mobile device. How can I control it so it will be displayed on mobile device?

HI these positions are blocked for the mobile display . to display the site with a good design and more friendly with mobile view .
You can enable it . It needs some css changes .
Please add this css rule into your custom.css file .
path: /template/your JA template/css/custom.css
if you have not created custom.css file create it in css directory and add this css code

.spl-home-1 {display:block;}
