My website is being hacked. I have noticed in PHPadmin that users are being added.

On New Years Day my websites bandwidth was hijacked (see attached file)

I am concerned that one of the plug-ins or extensions that install as part of the Joomlart quickstart installation contains malicious software.

How can I track down the offending plug-in or extension?

    Hello

You can take a backup copy of your website on your local and analyze it with an antivirus scan software , after you find eventually malwares or trojans you can report here which joomlart plugin or extension were hacked by these.

None of Joomlart plugin or extension is infected first to be released in quickstart files or standalone installation package, since they are verified before.

    Best regards
