Teline is on transplant team ireland.com (no spaces)
Small problem. Images are being automatically resized for stories below the main headline.
This is fine, however some images are being squashed and don’t look too goodIs there a setting somewhere where I can choose the resize size of an image?

one solution is also where possible during the design process to ensure the type of images used are the same format i.e. portrait or landscape, and before you add the images try to resize them all to approx the same size, this has the benefit of saving the module or browser resizing teh image and cuts down on load time

July 20, 2007 at 5:58 am #224633ShannonN is making a very good point here. The load time.
Make 100% sure to “work” on any image before uploading it. It is essential to a website to have optimized images. As ShannonN also says, it doesn’t have to fit perfectly, just make sure to resize it to be “close” at least. I have seen way too many sites with appereantly small looking images with over 2mb in file size. For visitors not on a heavy broadband, this would load slow ( also depending on the server it is hosted, it could take quite some time )
Good luck!
August 20, 2007 at 12:11 am #227533I have tried to re-size the images to the nealy the exact size of the sample ones, but my new ones are squashed and blurry.
