I have installed a new SSL Certificate on my site
https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=geranbaha.com

I have followed this article of Joomlart to add SSL to my joomla site
https://www.joomlart.com/tutorials/joomla-tutorials/how-to-use-ssl-in-a-joomla-site

however, when I do the steps mentioned in the Article and then load my page, it looks like this

Why is my page looking like that?:((

it is working fine cause I took out SSL Force from config.php and .htaccess

how is it showing Https now? as soon as I click on another tab besides the home one, it goes away

Hi
Force SSL is enable so it will always use https , As given here Without it page not able to loading the style code files , so it look like same in your screenshot .
Kindly enable it , clean Joomla and browser cache and check it .
