I have some problems after installing SSL certificate. (home-biology.gr)
Non secure items are some images and google fonts.

I found out that all the urls are relatives

Kindly update the JA Uber template and T3 plugin to latest version.
We already fixed this issue for SSL.
Let me know if you still have this issue after update.

I did all updates. There are less insecure items know. Google fonts and 6 images. That i cannot understand is that insecure items are with relative url.

I fixed the google font issue, for the images i saw you are using a custom override for this that is picking the images here http://prntscr.com/h77zcy
And added the images link http://prntscr.com/h787hc
You have to change the URL for each article.
