January 1, 2013 at 6:20 pm #183556How to make that position content-mass-top show standard joomla articles? By template default articles appear in JA Side News module but that module does not have the option to display more articles (links) below, and does not suit me …
Thank you

January 2, 2013 at 4:08 am #478033Hi msilac,
As our demo site, this main content block (content-mass-top position) displays featured articles of this template. You can configure like that by going to backend settings of your home menu item, change menu type to Featured Articles and assign appropriate categories of articles you want to display: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/501/3285400347.png
Correct me if I’m mis-undertanding your idea 🙂
Happy New Year !!!

January 2, 2013 at 2:05 pm #478119Hi again,
As I can see from your attached image, you’re setting the number of articles display is 0. Hence, there is nothing to display in frontend.
Here is how we configure for demo site: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/502/1114039659.png
Once done, clean JAT3 cache.

January 3, 2013 at 10:30 am #478254Yes, you can do it, by default when you create a new profile (Template Manager > Your default template > Profiles tab), it will inherit the default profile – which shows main content block already. You can check the Home profile, it’s set to show now.
