Itsseems coming from one of the 3rd party extension on you published some of module your site here : http://prntscr.com/afv5j1
Also there directory permission issues on your site : you can see them here /administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo > Permissions Tab .
And the template and T3 plugin are older version .

1.I suggest you to take backup of site first .
2.Fix permission issues of directories .
3.Then update template and T3 plugin to latest version .
4.Disable cache
5.Unpublish 3rd party extensions one by one and check .

Do not forget to take full backup of site before applying changes .
