May 19, 2012 at 5:20 pm #453796version PHP 5.4.3
after change memory_limit to 64mb
it’s working now.May 19, 2012 at 10:46 pm #453820<em>@landon0812 320732 wrote:</em><blockquote>version PHP 5.4.3

User is not allowed to change memory configuration unless changing to dedicated server that I am not going to. There should be many way to fix this simple problem, like using Akeeba installation and backup, or breaking files size into smaller pieces…. STill not working. :((

June 25, 2012 at 2:56 am #458656I am unsure that my sample data installed. It doesnt look like the samples…
First question: are you suppose to use regular, brochure or blog in the choices? I chose blog and here are only three squares in my sample site.
When I clicked on install sample, it clocked forever… then clicked out of the install box and back and then it said it was successful?
If I chose the wrong pref style, which was blog…can I change it somewhere to bring in the sample data?:eek:Wall Crasher DeveloperWall Crasher

June 26, 2012 at 6:46 am #458834Hi ibthe,
Have you checked your server configuration?
Please make sure you have set your server at least:<blockquote>memory_limit=64M
max_execution_time = 300
php version 5.2.17 or higher
</blockquote>It seems you have not installed sample data correctly.
Please pm ftp/database access information so I can help you out.Regards

September 19, 2012 at 11:29 pm #467566I am here to try an help you all and share what made it work for me.
The recommendation of Php version 5.2.17 “or higher” I believe is wrong. I was running 5.3.6 which technically is higher but it was not working. No matter how I modified my php.ini file it would not work.
The second I changed my MAMP over to run 5.2.17 exclusively, it worked THE FIRST TIME! woo hoo.
Maybe it may work for you too.

I tried hard to install the Data, but I could not. I am not that tecnical-expert and do not know, how to change a PHP version. My strength is to built Homepages, but I need a running system. I like the “wall”-template really, but for that reason I took a template from yootheme. Thank you very much for your kindness trying to help me.
