Is there any change that we can get rid off this message:
“Unexpected error. Please refresh the page try again later.”Memory limit is 256M
Tried compiling active theme only
php 5.4
J. 3.4
T3-framework 2.4.1
template “dezekeer” cloned from t3-bs3-blankI have to run a few sites in developer mode because i can not compile the less files.
I don’t know what compilers there are but I played arround with gavern framework and that less to css compiler is lightning fast whithout errors on the same hosting enviroiment.
I really love the T3-Framework. I appriciated the effort you put in a lot of documentation and tutorials.
I hope we can get rid of this problemFriendly greetings

December 7, 2014 at 3:44 am #557754I experienced a similar problem and determined there are three situations where a compile of Less cannot complete.
(1) Less requires 128megabytes of memory to compile. If memory is not sufficient a compile will not complete;
(2) An improper modification of the Less files; and
(3) A version mis-match between T3 Framework and T3 Framework Package and/or your template
(4) Joomla file permissions are incorrect.I hope this helps.

December 8, 2014 at 5:06 am #557815Hi there,
I have tried to inspect your live site and got this ajax response.<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”>
<HTML><HEAD>
<TITLE>500 Internal Server Error</TITLE>
</HEAD><BODY>
<H1>Internal Server Error</H1>
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request
<HR>
<I>www.dezekeer.nl</I>
</BODY></HTML>Look likes not memory_limit issue. And would be less issue.
Thank you,

So the answer is YES I checked all that!
Hope anyone has the knowledge to help me and very much others with the less to css compiling problem.
Thanks for your attention.

December 10, 2014 at 5:08 am #558105Hi there,
I have tried to install Akeeba on your site but also can’t.
Look like this server is very low of resource. I can’t touch much thing on this. Please update with CPanel than i can try another way.
It mostly like server issues.
I also verified with my local server ( Ubuntu ) – Joomla! 3.3.6 & Latest T3 + Blank template.
Everything working fine.Thank you,
Viet Vu
December 10, 2014 at 10:23 am #558145Thank You Viet Vu,
I send login and ftp info to Arthur Johnston.
I am on a commercial Shared Hosting webhosting. http://www.versio.nl
There is a good helpdesk. But I don’t know what to ask them concerning this problem. I understood it is no option to install CPanel on shared hosting.Your help is very appreciated!!
December 10, 2014 at 5:29 pm #558184Hi!
1.- Initially I had Joomla 3.3.6 installed, 128M memory limit, Purity III template and T3-framework 2.4.1.
2.- I had the same problem when I tried to compile LESS to CSS: “Unexpected error. Please refresh the page try again later.”
3.- My solution has been to uninstall T3-framework 2.4.1 plugin and to install again T3-framework 2.1.4. Now for the moment everything works fine and it compiles successfully:).
I hope it helps!

March 2, 2015 at 2:37 am #561135This is not a long term solution. You need to speak to your host.
May I suggest you change hosts to Siteground. They specialise in joomla hosting and their support and very well versed in joomla as well. Also, they have the fastest joomla hosting I have every found.
