I am slowly working out how to work the JA Tiris site and K2.

However, I am totally lost at the moment. I have created a catergory that is set to display as a list of news items on a menu page here http://www.myjakartaconcierge.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&cid=40

It does not matter how many things i click to hide or not show I can’t seem to get rid of the following:

Hi Jim,

You can hide these things from K2 category settings for K2 items. (hide it from the category settings so that you dont have to apply the setting separately for every k2 item under that category..)

I cound not find where you are seeing the article details in frontend so if you need any more help with this please give me the link where I can see these details..

Although I hope above said changes in K2 category settings will solve your issue.

Thanks Himangi,

I suddenly realised what I was doing wrong. I had created a module for the articles to appear and I needed to make the changes to the category settings in the module.
