    Hi aman,
the site is not opening fine, what do you mean exactly please be more specific.

Through the frontend or backend, do you get an error, is there a problem signing in?

The site is fine now just clicked on the link I entered in the ticket, it does however redirect to www but that shouldn’t cause an issue.

I’ve updated a different post “Stable Release?” with screenshots and more info.

Would be greatful if someone could take a look at this.

    Thanks,
    Gareth

    Hi aman,

Why new ticket, what’s wrong with looking at the one still open (Ticket RNJ-371-21160)?

OK, you answered this post, does that mean you checked it now or do I have to open a new ticket each time you attempt to access my site. If you still have an issue accessing my site then please delete cookies as nobody else has a problem accessing.

    Dear h4mish,
Could you please post your site’s link as well as the css problem here again?

It requires registration to see the profile pages, I posted all the infos in the ticket which by the way still hasn’t been looked at.

I’ve looked at your ticket and it did take longer than usual to answer.

In the 16th you got the following reply

    <blockquote>,

Thank you for contacting JoomlArt !

I am terrible sorry for this late reply,I have requested our developers for checking on this issue,They are on the processing and I will reply to you in tomorrow morning.
    Thank you for your patient.
    Sincerely,

    Your next reply was

<blockquote>Still no reply, this has taken a week already and nobody has even looked at it nevermind found a solution.</blockquote>

Which suggests you have already fixed it and you do not want further support.

OK sorry that was maybe misleading

What I meant with “nobody has even looked at it nevermind found a solution.” was

“nobody has even looked at it and a solution is not even in sight”.

I would really appreciate some support here, this issue is not resolved and i’m not asking for special wishes I just want the template to show as it was designed to, i’ve only changed errors with the CSS no special modifications although I am using the latest jomsocial.

Just to make it clear, the ticket RNJ-371-21160 still needs attention.

I’ve added a word doc with more infos, please don’t ask me how it should look, as i’m not too sure (I didn’t design it)

I’ve managed to fix this myself after being told that you don’t support this template as its for a third party component???

This is some strange support, I just hope I don’t have any serious issues with this template becuase then i’m doomed.

Probably because looking at your screenshots in the word doc etc the layout in question was being generated by the third party omponent and not the JA template. It appeared the element only had room for 2 of your menu items but you were trying to put 4 in the space. If the person who responded did so it was probably because he/she does not know the third party component and therefore cannot spend time learning it to diagnose your problem.

When issues such as this crop up the third party would be your best route as they know their product inside out.
