Dear Support,
We have a major problem on our site after we updated all necessary update from JA extension manager.
It’s working fine on Firefox and Chrome except all Internet Explorer. However, we can get access through any sub-menu.
http://yoyarlay.com/our-adsfor some reason http://yoyarlay.com/opinions page layout is not normal
We did tried to rollback to the previous edition but there is still an error.
Now, we are updating everything to the latest version. We restored our backup from the past few days and it’s work well on all browsers.
link to the backup page is http://www.yooyoogo.com/demoplease help!!
Regards,
Tun Tun

October 8, 2010 at 7:48 pm #358249i tried to disable the banner module first and test it on IE and it’s still showing an error.
i also uninstalled the entire banner module componenet and modules completely. but no help at all.is that possible to check from your end to compare the LIVE and backup “index.php”
i believe there is somthing wrong with the index.php page.
because we can get access to the other pages if we type the full url on IE.Don Lee FriendDon Lee

The issue you encountered might caused by the module named “mod_novarp”. Plz disable it.

And tell me know if it works properly.
Good luck,October 14, 2010 at 3:04 pm #358991seems like i have another problem on IE.
first home page is showing alright the problem is when i click any article and the main menu showing differently. it takes time to load the main and sub menu. i need to wait few sec to finish loading for sub-menu(i attached one screen shot for during loading). the main menu won’t show as usual now.
BTW, it’s only happend when you click articles. it’s fine on clicking menu, or sub-menu.i attached screen shot for reference.

Hi,
It might the css style was loaded too slowly. Try to enable cache or any optimization method to reduce the load time. Plz give me the link, I would like to have a look on that.October 15, 2010 at 12:49 pm #359125thanks for your help.

October 16, 2010 at 2:27 am #359187Dear tun800,
Maybe your site has too many css links required to be loaded. So may be in IE Some of Links could not be loaded, Please consider install a compress extension, for example our ja compress plugin,I think that will help solve out the problem.
