I added some FA icons in a module but I encountered these problems:
everywhere I put the <i class=”fa fa-fax”></i> icon it doesn’t appear and Firebug shows the line as if it were disabled:
the module looks differently in different pages, here are two shots:

This is the code I typed
    <p style=”text-align: center;”><em class=”fa fa-phone” style=”color: #f2735a“></em> 0721453136</p>
    <p style=”text-align: center;”><em class=”fa fa-print” style=”color: #f2735a“></em> 0721414254</p>
    <p style=”text-align: center;”><a href=”mailto:marconi@lsmarconi.it”><em class=”fa fa-envelope-o”></em> marconi@lsmarconi.it</a></p>
    <p style=”text-align: center;”><span class=”label label-primary”>PEC</span> <a href=”mailto:psps020006@pec.istruzione.it”><span style=”font-size: x-small;”>psps020006@pec.istruzione.it</span></a></p>

You can see I have replaced the fax icon withe the printer one because it works.
    Thanks to any suggestion.

    Hi,

    1. Please make sure that you will have to disable default WYSIWYG editor in Global Configuration.

    2. If you still see the problem, please provide your site url so I can have a closer look.

I have enabled No editor either in the Global configuration and for the superuser and retyped the code but without success. By the time the code is <i class=”fa fa-fax”>. The link is http://www.liceogmarconi.gov.it/joomla3.

    Hi,

I have checked your site and see that the necessary CSS for fax icon is missing. The main problem is this icon is available in v4.1 but at the moment, T3 framework is using v4.0 so you might have to update it manually if you want to use this icon, more detail can be found here.

It was enough to substitute the files with the new ones. Thanks a lot.
