I found something really strange that the look of my site of the default page is different from others. Why is that?

Do you have any extensions installed on the homepage? Some extensions interfere with certain settings like css and can create problems like this and what not. Might be the issue…

yes, this is caused by the JA News 1.3 module. but why’s that?

Hard to say. You should be able to correct it by editing the css in the JA News files though.
