    Hello,
See how my VM storefront displays. How do I get the look from the Demo website?

    Hi

May I know which page in our demo site you want to achieve? http://ja-megastore.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/

If it’s Homepage, it’s combination of several modules, please check out our documentation for this template for more info: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-megastore#pages-config

You can update the admin login info and FTP account of your site, I will take a look.

    Hello,

Have you been able to work on this?

It due to the configuration you set for the Homepage (frontpage menu item) in Virtuemart settings. I just reset it for you alike our demo setup: http://prntscr.com/ct6g2j

Let me know if you need any further helps.

That is not the issue I am having. I attached a screenshot above.
The issue I am having is with the look of the items. I’ll attach new screenshots to compare both.

    Hello @saguaros,
    Any progress on this?

It looks like you customise much on this template. One thing from that is you commented the folder: /templates/ja_megastore/html/com_virtuemart/sublayouts/ so that it looks different from demo site.

Please remove your customization on VM, it will look like our demo site.

I wasn’t the one that commented the sublayout. It’s must have been one of JoomlArt moderators that did that while trying to solve some issues with the template (want to believe that file causes an Error Call to a member function displayMediaThumb() on null on the website. That’s why the moderator commented it out).

The customization I made was done in less/css so I don’tsee how that affects the php codes.

I’ll uncomment it and see how it goes

where do I uncomment the folder. I have checked and it doesn’t look commented.

I just uncommented it so you can have a look.

You can ask that moderator what they changed so it’s easy to control things and to make sure it doesn’t affect other parts.
