Please bear with us. We are investigating why this happens and at present we are not 100% sure what the cause it. Rest assured that we are working on it and a fix will be available soon. As it is very intermittant it is hard to track down.

Also, My hosting provider says me that this Joomla installation are blocking my shared hosting and sometimes are down. Maybe, can be related with this.

No, this is not the cause of your hosting problem. We will update you soon when we have a fix for the numbers at the top.
