October 31, 2013 at 12:46 am #191850Hi,
I am using the T3 framework (Version: 1.0.8) on a clients website and they are requesting some tracking code to be placed between the closing </body> and </html> tags.
I have tried placing it in the usual header or footer file and they are claiming that it is no working.
Does anyone know how i can place this code between the two closing tags?
Your help is much appreciated.
Thank you

You may need to confirm with your customer again.
For tracking code, you can insert at it before </body> or just after <head> tag
I think it should work.
Regards

October 31, 2013 at 11:33 pm #510815Hi Wall Crasher,
Yes, i agree with you completely. I thought this was a strange request and can not understand it. I have placed the code just before the closing </body> tag and they are claiming it is not working.
I will ask them to check again to see if it is logging and if the code they provided is correct.
Thank you for your help.

November 17, 2013 at 7:12 am #512482Hi,
I have an update on the situation.
I have had the tracking code in before the ending </body> tag for over a week now and apparently this is not working and still not in the correct position.
The company that provided the code must be placed between the closing </body> and </html> (which i think is very strange).
I really need some help with this as i can’t seem to find a solution to get the code in there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again.

Cheers
