with this template I did a clean install. and on many of the demo pages there is strange russion writing and links. Is this template infected?

it is definitely a hack. this was from a clean install of the quick start package and it has been there for some time

Maybe your site is hacked, pls contact your hosting provider for help in security issue of server. I tried to download quickstart package of JA Biz template and install but there is no link like that.

You can try to install in local host to see the same.
