hi
My site is http://www.fixbikeparts.com
i created a menu braking system in the main menu when i click that the url supposed to show http://www.fixbikeparts.com/braking-system.html but it is showing http://www.fixbikeparts.com/explore/layout/braking-system.html. i want to get rid of “explore/layout” that is displayed inside the url. i dont know where it comes from. can any one please tell me how to clean up the url.

I have the same problem. I’m using the JA-T3 Blank template with Joomla 1.72 and my URL’s are displaying like this
http://www.9habu.com/new/index.php/explore/layout/an-investigation-by-don-mullan
I’d like it to be
http://www.9habu.com/new/index.php/an-investigation-by-don-mullan
or better still

I’m not being funny but I haven’t a clue what you mean by that.
Someone else advised me to just edit the link URL in the menu database table…that was a quick fix and it did sort the problem out.
