I’ve tried going to extensions > manage > database > fix nothing changed

I have re-uploaded the Jub > media > assets folder & checked permissions all seems fine but page editor still won’t load

As a last resort I reverted to a backup from two days ago, way before this error occurred & the problem still persists.

    please help, thank you 🙂

I have the same problem on every site where I am using builder… (I am the developer, with many sites.. and I trust it will run the whole time. ) it is only rendering blocks and I can’t edit any page.
I am using Google Chrome, Opera…

I am experiencing the same issue on all sites using JA Builder, when checking in Chrome, I am able to see the issue is due to JA Builder being unable to pull down a script needed to load:

GET https://themepro.com/builder/?action=loadData&provider=joomlart&site=j49b652a599fd3-4c6c69783df02&osite=75290406701bb8cdcba9dbeef1e48bda&page=e5a5f866e9d8e&layout=1e8c4275d9d2b 500 (Internal Server Error)
    send @ jquery.min.js:4
    ajax @ jquery.min.js:4
    r.(anonymous function) @ jquery.min.js:4
    getJSON @ jquery.min.js:4
    t.loadPageData @ libjs.min.js?1.1.3:322
    n.loadData @ libjs.min.js?1.1.3:322
    n.load @ libjs.min.js?1.1.3:322
    n.init @ libjs.min.js?1.1.3:322
    t.init @ libjs.min.js?1.1.3:322
    t @ loader.min.js?1.1.3:3
    (anonymous) @ loader.min.js?1.1.3:3

Failed to load https://themepro.com/builder/?action=loadData&provider=joomlart&site=j49b652a599fd3-4c6c69783df02&osite=75290406701bb8cdcba9dbeef1e48bda&page=e5a5f866e9d8e&layout=1e8c4275d9d2b: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https://*********.co.uk‘ is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 500.

I feel as though this is poor planning as all users of JA Builder are now unable to use it until this issue has been resolved, surely there should be a way to use it in the event that this script is unable to load.

I am hoping the developers are on the case and getting this sorted quickly

Same problem for us and all of our sites too – http://prntscr.com/ihq5oz

JA Builder can’t connect to "http://themepro.com/builder/…"

This is very poor! Me and many other members have voiced our concerns over this in the past… We shouldn’t have to rely on a third party script/link just to edit our websites!!!

    JA PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP.

    Hi,

The team has fixed this issue yesterday, pls try again (clear caches if it still doesn’t work).

We’re sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

    Regards
