When I go with FireFox Inspect Element, I see the following message:
style sheet could not be loaded. …./t3-assets/dev/templates.lgopurity.less.templates.less.css

lgopurity is the name of the template, exact copy of purity III.

I did locate the file …./t3-assets/dev/templates.lgopurity.less.templates.less.css and it is an empty file.

Is this something I should worry about?

Hi
Kindly do not apply changes in the t3-assets folder , use custom.css file to override changes .
Also i checked your site and the error is not showing like in your screenshot .
T3-assets folder is use to cache the css/less/js files .
You can delete the files it will created again when the page is loading .
