Sometime the website opens without loading the styles, multiple user faced the problem and i faced it several times, after refresh it works fine.

What might cause this?
i disabled linking files in order to avoid this and im still getting it!

I have checked your site many times, but could not detect problems about loading css style. Which linking files did you disable? I have just created a new support ticket on your behalf: OYI-377-27378
