I have re-installed the latest quickstart and the stylesheet doesn’t load. I had this same problem with the previous release and was asked to install the latest version.

See here – http://www.instylepools.com.au/dev/ for the problem.

Just to test that it wasn’t file permissions on the server, I installed a different template and it worked fine.
Lots of javascript errors in Firebug.

It’s like an include file or something is missing?

The problem is happening, because the cache files are missing:

pls kindly clear cache and disable the css and js compress function and try to test this again

Hi

Thanks for your suggestions.
I cleared the cache – and I am not running any css or js compression (to my knowledge), the website looked like this after completing the quickstart.

I have tried many times to install the template again, but each time it is broken. I can use other ja template quickstarts without a problem.

How can I check for css or js compression?
