Does the installed Cufon fonts only come in one font weight? I have tried setting componentheading to bold for example, but appears to have no effect. Would there be a way of doing that?

I wish to know if there’s a way to apply Cufon to the Main Menu Bar Main Titles, not to subsequent items.

I think I may be able to point you in the right direction. In the template’s PHP file you can see quite near the top where there is a statement to say which fonts to replace with cufon. If you find out how the main menu is styled and put that style into the replacement statement too, it should work. But you could end up replacing more than you wish.
