My top Level is working but not the sub menus On either the top of page or the main menu.

I installed the template plus extensions not quickstart.

I am on 1.0.15 and Firefox 3

I have enabled ja moo but not the others?

Looks like you don’t have a lot of information on the page.
Instead of debugging the template I would back-up the articles and logo and what else you had installed outside of Joomla + Template, delete and start again with a quickstart.

This way I am sure I ain’t missing anything. 🙂
