    Hi Glenng,

    Because your site has a conflict js issue between Mootools and jQuery library. Please pm me your site info ( super admin account, ftp info ) then i’ll try to help you out.

    Hi Glenng,

    The issue is caused from the module JDContact http://prntscr.com/18ja28 . Please disable this module or remove code line to load jQuery library from this module to resolve your problem.
