it seems that this is a little css bug.
Submenu is working, but text color is white, so you cant see it 🙂
add in css folder in custom.css the line
.t3-mainnav .dropdown-menu li > a{
color:#111;
}This should work.

I see the mainmenu on your site sets with Navigation Type: Joomla module, not Megamenu.
That’s reason why menu on your site could not get correct css style. I just set it to megamenu.
You will see submenu is showing now.
