Hello all,
I am using submenus for the first time with Purity, and cannot get the default sub menu drop down style to appear, and it always just appears as a bullet point list (image below). This site is at bkksr.com. The menu module has the style set to Inherit from the template. Is there a better way to do this?

May 23, 2016 at 1:46 am #933460Hi
Did u turned on the Mega menu from template options ?
Kindly make sure you are using latest version of template and T3 , and u will get same submenu like demo .May 31, 2016 at 1:33 pm #936463Hi Pankaj, I have confirmed that everything is up to date, and I am using the Megamenu, but the style for the submenu is still not showing. Is there a recommended way to troubleshoot these issues like re-installing the template?

June 1, 2016 at 1:22 am #936567Hi
Add below code in custom.css file
it will remove the dots in menu items ..t3-megamenu .t3-module ul li, .t3-megamenu .t3-module .nav li { list-style: inherit!important; }
June 1, 2016 at 6:38 am #936656Hi Pankaj, thank you for the extra CSS, that has removed the bullets, but not applied the same elegant design as the demo site. Can I add more of the original CSS into custom.css?
Thank you again for your patience! 🙂Pankaj Sharma ModeratorPankaj Sharma

June 1, 2016 at 11:28 am #936736Hi
on your site style is missing .
Kindly take full backup of site and copy the css folder on local system ,
then replace it with fresh package folder and see if it works .
Make sure after replace the css folder u will have the same style like demo no custom themes .June 7, 2016 at 9:00 pm #938655Hi Pankaj,
Thank you again for your advice. I am not seeing the menu problem resolved by replacing the purity_iii directory. Is that the directory that you meant? Ie: public_html/DOMAIN.COM/templates/purity_iii
Thanks for your patience.
Cheers,
NicholasPankaj Sharma ModeratorPankaj Sharma

June 8, 2016 at 2:19 am #938695If you replace the whole folder , it means your site is using all fresh package files of template or you can see u installed fresh template .
Great to hear your issue is solved .
Please apply your custom changes again if you did as replace files remove the all custom changes . -
