Okay, I know the answer is here, but my search skills are lacking tonight! My sub-menus using Transmenu are behind the top module of column right. It looks bad and it’s hard to select.

sifr text replacement makes use of flash object (module title text is a small flash object) and text elements are always put under flash objects in a webpage.
There are some ways to solve your submenu:
1. Move the Entertainment menu to before service menu
2. Narrow your submenu Random Goffy stuff in Just for Fun
3. Rearrange the menu items to have less submenus
