On the home page of the web site, on the main menu, on mouse over submenus do not open and they open on all other pages.

How can I fix this?

Please post a link to your site so we can take a look. It may be that one of your articles is missing a closing tag or it could be that you have pasted an article from word or similar which could be causing problems.
