can you be a bit more clear? what categories are you trying to highlight? you could make your top menu a moomenu or suckerfish and add child categories.

I am trying to highlight the third subcategory. You can see on my site what I mean:

1. go to http://www.zahnmedizinforum.de
2. go to Universitäten Deutschland
3. go to the second subcategory Universität Aachen
4. → the last subcategory is not visible as subcategory of Universität Aachen

I want to improve this, how do I do this. Hope you see what I mean.
