When i trying to add a menu modules in left of user1 places the menu item submenu doesn’t appear when i hover on it so how can i display it.

Firstly: you need to check the config Show Sub-menu Items in back-end menu module, see the screenshot

Secondly: click JAT3 Clean Cache link in back-end site.

Thank you for your support but i dont want to show them when open the page but i want to show them when i hover on the parent menu like mega menu on the top but there is a problem in displaying sub-items and i tried many menu items different plugins but the same thing appears.

I’m afraid you will not be able to do it, because menu module default doesn’t support about that and it’s customize and customization support is out of JA support scope.

i added a plugins for showing submenu when hovering on menu parent but it doesnt work in any position except in mega menu position only so i think it is a problem with Template.

Which 3rd plugin are you using? Mega menu on JA Edenite template belongs to our JAT3 framework and I’m sure it’s not from with 3rd plugin as you mentioned.

So that I can take a look and try to assist, please provide the url of the site you’re working on
