I made a website with JA University, you can see it on my testing server here:

http://joomla.cn.tn/

When viewing it on mobile phone screen, I tap (click with my finger) on the menu toggler button, then I see the first level of top navigation menu. But if I tap on the small arrow indicatior for submenu, I noticed that the submenu will open (slide down) but quickly collapsed, which make it impossible for me to click on submenu items!

Is this a bug of template, or something wrong in my CSS?

Could you please help me to solve it?
