    Hi,

I changed the menu style from mega menu to css menu and that shows the submenus.. I would suggest you to upgrade JAT3 plugin to the latest version.. If possible also upgrade the template as well.

Importantly, please take a backup of the template before upgrading it so that you will not loose any customisations you may have.

May I ask, what is the safest way to back up/move/make a copy my Joomla site??? Just by FTP??

you can use Akeeba backup tool to backup entire site (Files and Database) and restore it using the same tool.. Please check documentation for the same at https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation.html and you can download the extension from https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/official/akeeba-backup.html
